Performance and aesthetics, cut on multi-axis CNC and finished by hand. Compensating ports and top-window cuts reduce muzzle rise and unveil the barrel; slide lightening cuts sharpen cycle speed and visual language; optic cuts are milled to the exact footprint of RMR, RMSc, DeltaPoint, ACRO, SRO and 509T with matching cover plates. Every cut is deburred, re-finished and pressure-tested before it leaves the bench. Machined surfaces are almost always refinished in Cerakote or plating, and new edges can be broken up with engraving where the design calls for it.

كيف يتمّ العمل

المرحلة 01
Measure and model
The slide is measured and modelled before anything is cut, so wall thickness, rail geometry and the firing pin channel are all accounted for.
المرحلة 02
Machining
Cuts are made on multi-axis CNC in a single fixture wherever possible, which keeps the optic pocket square to the bore.
المرحلة 03
Hand finishing
Every edge is deburred and blended by hand. Machine marks do not leave this bench.
المرحلة 04
Refinish and test
The piece is refinished in Cerakote, plating or bluing, reassembled and function-tested before it is returned.

Which optic footprints do you cut?

RMR, RMSc, DeltaPoint, ACRO, SRO and 509T, each milled to the exact footprint with a matching cover plate. Other footprints can be cut on request.

Does porting reduce recoil?

Porting mainly reduces muzzle rise and helps the sights return faster. Felt recoil changes less than shooters expect; the visible benefit is in tracking between shots.

Will machining weaken my slide?

Not when it is planned. Wall thickness and stress paths are modelled before cutting, and we will refuse a cut that compromises the slide rather than take the work.
