What we collect

When you enquire or place an order we collect your name, phone number, WhatsApp number if it differs, your email if you give it, the delivery address and landmark, and any notes or personalisation text you send us. When you place an order we also keep a record of the pieces, prices and delivery fee at the moment you ordered.

Why we keep it

To confirm the order, agree a delivery day, cut personalisation correctly, and keep a record of what was made for whom. We do not sell or share this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Payment

Orders are paid in cash on delivery. We never collect card details, and this site has no payment gateway.

How long

Order records are kept for as long as a piece may need servicing or proof of work, typically several years. Enquiries that do not become orders are removed once the conversation is closed.
