Customized Engraving

From full-coverage scrollwork to discreet monograms, our engravers work on slides, frames, cylinders, barrels, wood and small parts. The GRAVE System combines high-resolution laser layout with AAA hand-cut finishing — every line chased, shaded and burnished under loupe to jewellery standard. Traditional English scroll, Renaissance florals, arabesque, Western bank-note, modern geometry, family crests and custom artwork.

II. · Gold & silver in carved wood

Fine Wire Inlay

Fine metal wire inlays into carved grooves in the wood. Our stockers hand-cut channels into walnut, ebony, exhibition-grade burl and exhibition blanks, then bed precious wire — 24K gold, sterling silver, brass and platinum — before burnishing flush and sealing with oil or lacquer. The result is a seamless, metallic thread that follows the grain and catches light like a signature.

III. · Precision machining

Porting & Windowing

Performance and aesthetics, cut on multi-axis CNC and finished by hand. Compensating ports and top-window cuts reduce muzzle rise and unveil the barrel; slide lightening cuts sharpen cycle speed and visual language; optic cuts are milled to the exact footprint of RMR, RMSc, DeltaPoint, ACRO, SRO and 509T with matching cover plates. Every cut is deburred, re-finished and pressure-tested before it leaves the bench.

IV. · Jewellery-grade metal finishes

ElectroPlating ElectroBluing

Full-immersion electroplating and traditional hot electro-bluing, applied at thicknesses more commonly seen in fine watchmaking. Parts are stripped, polished, masked and plated — 24K yellow gold, 18K rose gold, mirror chrome, satin nickel, black chrome. Electro-bluing delivers the deep, glassy blue-black of classical firearms, over hand-polished steel.

V. · Ceramic armour for steel

Cerakote

Thin-film ceramic coating applied to slides, frames, receivers and small parts for unmatched abrasion resistance, corrosion protection and chemical resilience. Each piece is media-blasted, masked, sprayed and heat-cured, then inspected for uniform thickness and finish fidelity. Available in matte, satin and gloss formulations across a curated palette of tactical, heritage and bespoke tones.

VI. · Permanent imagery in ceramic

Cerakote Laser Imaging

Photographic images, crests, logos, landscapes and custom artwork permanently laser-imaged into Cerakote-coated surfaces. Using high-resolution fibre laser ablation, we remove the top ceramic layer to expose the contrasting substrate beneath, creating a crisp, non-fading image that becomes part of the finish itself. Ideal for commemorative pieces, unit markings, family portraits and brand identifiers.

VII. · Poured, cured, carved

Custom Epoxy Resin Grips

Grips for pistols and rifle furniture, poured in-house from stabilised epoxy resin. Galaxy, nebula, marble, pearlescent and fully transparent pours over hand-selected inclusions — mother of pearl, gold leaf, buffalo horn, exotic burl, meteorite fragments or personal objects supplied by the client. Machined to exact frame geometry, checkered or stippled to specification and finished to a mirror.

Presentation Boxes & Accessories

Bespoke presentation cases built to house the piece for a lifetime. Walnut, full-grain leather wraps; olive, oxblood or ivory velvet interiors cut to the exact silhouette of the firearm and its accessories. Engraved brass plaques, hidden ammunition drawers, matching magazine wells, holsters and grips — coordinated as a single project.

Professional Photography

Every project is photographed in-studio in the language of fine watch and jewellery editorial — controlled continuous light, macro optics, black velvet and stone. Deliverables include hero shots, engraving macros, 360° turntables and short-form video for social. Prints on archival cotton rag and a full digital archive accompany the piece.

Custom Leather Holsters & Rifle Bags

Bespoke leather holsters, sheaths, slips and rifle bags cut from full-grain and bridle leather, hand-stitched and finished. Every piece is patterned to the exact firearm or blade, then personalised by fibre laser with names, initials, logos, quotes, family crests, unit insignia or custom symbols. Available in classic brown, black, tan, oxblood and distressed heritage finishes with brass, nickel or blacked hardware.
