Custom Epoxy Resin Pistol Grips

Grips for pistols and rifle furniture, poured in-house from stabilised epoxy resin. Galaxy, nebula, marble, pearlescent and fully transparent pours over hand-selected inclusions — mother of pearl, gold leaf, buffalo horn, exotic burl, meteorite fragments or personal objects supplied by the client. Machined to exact frame geometry, checkered or stippled to specification and finished to a mirror. Grips are often specified alongside wire inlay in a matching wooden panel and delivered in a fitted case.

How It Works

Step 01
Choosing the pour
Colour, depth and inclusions are agreed first — galaxy, marble, pearl or transparent — and personal objects can be set into the block.
Step 02
Casting
The block is poured under pressure and cured slowly, which is what keeps it clear and free of bubbles.
Step 03
Machining
The cured block is machined to the exact frame geometry, including screw bosses and relief cuts.
Step 04
Texture and polish
Checkering or stippling is cut to your hand, then the panel is polished through to a mirror.

Can you set a personal object into the grip?

Yes. Clients have supplied unit insignia, coins, stone, shell and meteorite fragments. Bring the object to the consultation so we can judge scale and how light will pass around it.
